cycle rollers for training
hi folks
irregular work patterns make things awkwardfor keeping fit so i've got a set of cycle rollers so i can train on my bike at home.
does antbody know of ant good sites or training programmes so i can develop an effective training routine.

warm up for 10/20 mins then get your heart rate up to 140/155 then your in the cardio zone the rest is in your head my friend in order to get fit you must maintain the brain , good luck
