We have an ancient Panasonic VA-1232UK phone system, it had 12 lines at one point, 5 with one tel number and 7 with another. The 5 were cancelled so all existing lines are using the same number. We have 'inheritted' this system and now we want to have another number on two of the 7 lines....
So the question is, do you have to tell the system anything or will the lines just work after the number has been swapped?
Long shot I know but BT have changed the number on two of the lines and we can't use them. When dialling the number it just rings but none of the lines ring...
Don't have any manuals....
