Hi, im in a band (bass player) and we have a good bunch of tunes on the go, but the drummer is dragging me down as he is a lazy good for nothing (except playing the drums...ish) layabout who relies on everyone else for doin everything for him.

is any one else in a band and do you have issues within your band?

I know these things will come up, but its getting to the point of me wanting to chuck it all in?

an b4 you say it...we have tried to find another drummer, but unsucessfully.

would be such a waste to walk away, but its got to a make or break point
