Thanks mate - what I thought.

I've a friend who's just got online with BTOpenWorld broadband and his email account isn't working.

I keep getting emails back when I try to email him saying the account doesn't exist!!!

 

openworld often doesn't work full stop so he ought to phone up their service status line to check: 08456007020

 

hmm.. dont forget its the full Ihatebt@btinternet.com to log onto the server not just the Ihatebt bit.
