60 Years Old - Entitlements?
My Father in Law is 60 next week.
What exactly are you entitled too when you turn 60?
Bus Pas? Free Eye Exams? Gas Money? Don't Pay any more NI?
I've heard some of these things but I'm not sure....

He will soon be entitled to pay at least double his council tax, have rubbish collections every two weeks, spend ages sorting out the recyclable refuse, wait years before this lot of prats restore the link between pensions and wages, and be forced to buy a useless ID card with all his personal information on it at a crippling price.
