Immigration question
For some reason my brother in law has just married a Namibian girl he met in Prague on my stag weekend...dont ask!!
The thing is her visa had just run out in Prague and she was going to have to leave, then he married her quickly and I imagine that he is going to try to get bring her back to the UK to sponge off us!!
Do you reckon that she will be allowed to stay here...wouldnt surprise me if she was...or do you thing she would get deported as its appears to be a marriage of convenience?

Of course she'll be allowed to stay! The system really is fcuked. Once shes here she cant really get deported as she'll be entitled to free legal aid to keep fighting the case. She wont get much opposition - just entitlements to loads of benefits.

Allegedly shes works in a bar, personally I reckon she either a stripper or a Ho.
I did try to tell the guy that all shes looking for is a free ride and a visa, but he wont listen.
Im hoping that she doesnt get to stay as I think shes using him. The last thing he needs is another problem, hes already got 3 kids (hes 28) and his last woman left him for another woman.

Fair play,though I doubt his brain will be playing any part at all in his thought processes. Bit of a smuck for getting married to her though
