BlueTw@ttingYonder
and before I start dont you mods even think about moving this thread - its not just about computers
On 5th June Blueyonder realised that 75% of their customers could not send or receive emails via their webmail service.
I have phoned them 3 times a week (well at least its free) to find out when the problem would be resolved. Even though this is affecting thousands of customers in exactly the same way, I still have this merry-go-round of customer services saying they know nothing and I need to speak to technical and technical telling me I need to speak to customer services.
21 phone calls and not one person has been able to give me an estimated fix date. Most people I speak to are hugely apologetic and rather intelligent but they have no information.
I have just spent 19 minutes on the phone trying to get the muppet (no offence muppets) from hell to either give me an date when it should be fixed or admit he doesnt know but all I got was 'If you just let me explain.....' No I dont want a sodding explanation just answer the sodding question 'If I just tell you about the other problems we are trying to fix at the moment...' (what the f***is that about?)
I have not been able to watch most of my digital channels since May. The internet keeps crashing so I am well and truly f***ed off with em.
But what I really dont understand is why no one on here has posted this problem? Or is everyone on here smart enough to avoid BlueTw@ttingYonder like the plague?
Oh and if you do have BlueYonder and you can send and receive email you can p!ss off too

These peoples webmail is one of the best I've used, I've got about 15 domains with them.
They do just mail if you're not interested in hosting.

I have Blueyonder & don't have a problem with it. I don't really use the webmail facility but I have just tried it & and it works fine here.
I'm in Bham too so feel free to come around to mine and use it

I do have BY/TW but have never used their mail, I just use one and one, lot less hassle, I can use outlook at home or webamil anywhere, pick up mail on my phone.
It works well for me.

We used to have Telewest, but went onto Wanadoo when we moved to Wales (they don't seem to do cable in Wales )
When we moved back Oop North we kept Wanadoo (cable stops at the top of our estate ) We use Sky for TV.
Now Wanadoo has been taken over by Orange I've had nowt but trouble their error messages come up in French and the 'help' desk is anything but.
Was told to expect a 7 day wait to recieve an email from their 'technical' department!
