I'm going to South of France next week to attend an exhibition where the stand has a standard french analogue telephone line.

I need Internet access.

Does anyone know of a French ISP that does not require pre-registration i.e I can just dial their number with no username or password, they don't care who I am, and I just pay the call charge (that presumably they take a cut of)?? Failing that, any ISP that I can register with (this week and from the UK) that has a local POP around Nice/Cannes that's guaranteed to work as soon as I try it from the exhibition stand???

On a related matter, can someone remind me of the web site that compares all UK ISPs - costs/bandwidth etc etc. (..yes, I have tried a search, but still can't find it)
