Manny was a complete Teflon-shouldered **** and got what he deserved. He's all talk, no action, no ***** and no accountability. I wouldn't have taken him on in a junior role.

Please excuse the many and varied metaphors

tbh I think Paul and Ruth have been the strongest overall since day 1. Mani is your typical 'full of bull$**** terms' management consultant, last week he was on about divergence and convergence, get real ****! You could go this site http://www.dack.com/web/bull****.html and it would predict what was coming out of his mouth!

For some one who gives world class presentations, he,s crap,

i got 3 days notice of a presentation, i had to give to two (they lied btw) people on a proposed strategy i was going to implement.

just to be sure, i prepared two varients that could be used depending on my assesment of the two people in the opening meeting...

as it was it was 5 people inc 2 managers, i went straight in and presented, kept it within the brief, (10 mins) and took questions,

now i,m no expert, yet i did it ,, i never notice any of these so called entrypeners(sp) actually discussing the target audience or actually seeing if any of the group have first hand knowledge....

I did a management course once, and we had the plane crash scenario, it was supposedly crashed in the Sonara desert. Now ive been there with my job, and i know firsthand what its like (very very hot for starters). We had people convinced they could walk out of there..... It developed into a right bunfight, when i kept trying to tell them they were being stupid with there plan...

they decided to pitch there walk out strategy, and got shot down by the course presenters....

His first statement was " you had someone who has had first hand knowledge of the area, any yet you chose to ignore them.....Why???"

They didnt have any defence....

I think Jo went in tonight because of who she is, Ruth dosent like her!!!

should have been manny & ansell, and ruth should have gone!!

I watched pretty much the whole episode except when they got briefed by the client.

I almost hate to admit it but i quite enjoyed it.

Manny got what he deserved however the pouty, sour faced, useless girl (Ruth i think) running the project on his team should have gone as well.

Manny as a top presenter – maybe in his own mind - i would have loved to see that, he did not come across with any presence or charisma whatsoever

Ruth was grim and stroppy (the whole show is a good reason why women should not be allow to work!)

Manny was a **** (world class presenter? he started his pitch on the calenders for the kids hospital by warning them he may get emotional as its an issue he cares about so much! vomit inducing)

Jo is nuts and there for fun.

want to see ansel run a task, paul looked ok till last night, now not so sure - if ruths team had advertised the right product he would have been fired from their team.

Saied.....shocking though it is.....could win if he keeps his cool.
