Got a voice message on my home phone the other day with the voice of Tom Baker
He's definitely not an aqquaintance!

Yes, just send your text message to a landline number.
The landline will ring, person will be told they have a received a message from 07XXX XXXXXX and then Dr Who will read the message as best he can!
