Another "Diet" Thread - Weight Gain This Time !
Here is a very typical day for me :
6-30 am - bowl of branflakes with semi skimmed milk
10 am - Muller Rice (custard flavour) + coffee
12-30 - 2 ham sandwiches done in the toaster (4 slices of bread) one packet of crisps, and a kit kat / drifter. Swilled down with a cup of tea.
6 pm - usually a fairly healthy tea, including a portion of veg. Usually something like chicken, spag bol, toad on the hole.
7pm onwards - about 5 pints of water.
In the past 4 to 5 months my weight has gone up to just over 15 stone (I'm 6'4" and 25 years old) I had before then always been just over 14 st. My diet has changed very little, yet my weight has gone up. The only thing I can think is that I swapped from a fairly manual job, to office based about 2 years ago - could this be a delayed reaction to the now, lack of exercise
Any comments would be much appreciated
