bloody ebay, i cant delete a bid.. not workin.. what can i do?

bloody ebay, i cant delete a bid.. not workin.. what can i do?
sellin somin on ebay the high bidder emailed me saying didnt want item lol but the cancel bid feature isnt bloody workin!! and it hasnt been since 4pm, but the ive only got 10hrs to delete the bid now as you cant delete a bid within 12hrs of end so im bloomin screwed!

the easiest way is for the bidder to cancel their bid
