Default Overtime payments - advice needed

It seems that over the past couple of months I've duplicated some overtime and now it seems I've been overpayed

Now work have been okay and accept this is a genuine oversight and not an attempt to scam more money (which it wasnt). All I want to know is what are the options regarding re-payment of the money.

Can my employer demand the whole amount in one go, if they do then do I have to pay it or can I offer a monthly re-payment option??

Always a bummer to realise you've been overpayed after you've spent it

Speak to the right person at work and arrange payments.

No reason why you cannot pay portions of the money off each month.

I once had some bother with the inland revenue. They had given me the wrong paye code. When the error was spotted they were very helpful and agreed a repayment plan.

I was on half my take home pay for 4 months .

I'm sure your employer will come to some sort of arrangement.
