Just saw this over at the register. Some guy got duped into paying thousands for a photo of a Plasma tv.

Do you think it is a phoney bidder as well as there is no info for him. If he is genuine then would it be wrong to email him and tell him?

 

Have seen a few of these recently, both related to the XBOX 360. One was for a photo of the box the console came in, one was for a photo of the console, box, and items it came with, the best by far was the photo of a sales receipt!

 

Just sent him an email asking is he has any more photos of plasma screen tvs for sale. Awaiting answer...

 

and his answer was.....
"No sorry I dont at this time, and if you concerned about the top bidder dont
worry, the highest bidder was myself, no one has been coned. The price was
getting rediculous.
