Edit : I also just found this http://www.arrivealive.org.uk/g3/ Know the road like the back of my hand. At least 30 miles of road there and 'only' one death some 5 years ago. If my memory serves me right it was a cyclist hit by a car. Speed was not a causative factor. They'll say anything to get these cameras up...

They will use any form of "Doublespeak" to apparently prove exactly what they want us to believe!

Great, put them in on a whim, claim benefits from regression to the mean, and when not even that happens just say they need more time. Sounds like ratfink homeopaths to me, "it hasn't done anything? Ahh you need some more of it then", ignoring the fact that water and sugar pills don't cure cancer
