Anyone know what this guy was doing?

On the A68 this afternoon returning from Edinburgh, otherside of Jedburgh (not in the Scoob!), passed by someone in a Focus going like a bat out of hell, not that I was hanging around. Loads of cameras. If not once probably twice he was flashed by camera facing us, i.e. on other side of the road. Lines on both sides of single carriageway. On the first occassion he deliberately drove on the other side of the road towards the camera and the camera went off, just before I reached the markings. Anyone any idea what was going on?

do a search - remember something like this coming up before. i think some cameras can only get you when driving away from them. they put markings on road just to scare you

 

Police? Seems they take scant regard for the rules anyway, and will get that freeman lawyer feller to get them off any fines/points etc.
