My car is up for sale in the local autotrader today....

Had 5 calls form 5 different places today...ALL canvassers!

None admitted to be canvassers and describe themselves as ' car sales/purchase matchers'!..and other weird titles....

I clearly stated NO CANVASSERS in the ad, but they clearly have no respect for anyone....

I asked a couple of them to help me find me a new car, seeing as they had so many cars/buyers on their books.........quickly got put on hold, and then cut off!

How do these businesses carry on, when they are so blatantly scams?

 

You get them saying that they have people ready to buy YOUR car .... I always say, YOU sell it and I will pay you DOUBLE what you want, upon the completion of the sale!!

Easy money I say .... they soon ring off!!

Don't hang up!!!
Just ask them to hang on a second while you get something and lay the phone down leaving them hanging on.
