No wonder New Labour want DIY banned.

Programmes like this couldn't be a better advert.

Felt sorry for the kids quite honestly, all that graft. Methinks they won't be falling for that one again. £3,000 for 12 weeks? work.......'If they do go in for another refit, then, I'm sorry, but they are real silly billys.
I think I've just witnessed the parents from hell.

It was actually 20 weeks not 12!!! :O

I think the parents were a hinderance from start to finish! The kids did all the hard work (apart from digging up half the garden) and had the better ideas etc. The parents seemed determined to make as many poor decisions as possible.

I like their view to the estate agents valuations. Pick the hiest one and hope for the best!! If you get three quotes of £73k, £75k and £87k you tend to think the high one is rubbish. But no... they ask for £87k!! muppets! I couldn't stop shaking my head for an hour when that was on last night.

Funny, but there are a few serious points.
People like this are pushing up house prices so that genuine first time buyers are struggling.Secondly, the whole idea of pensions seems to have gone out the window.
