Red face Watchet ...........

What a hell hole!!

Just returned from a week in Porlock, lovverlly, jubberrlly!!

Minehead is pleasant, Porlock is quaint, Lynmouth is grand, Dunster is Historic ..... Watchet is, well ..... we went there 12 years ago and it was a crap-hole ................................. its NOT CHANGED!!

Why do holes like that still hobble along from year to year? I was told that the harbour has been re-done so off we go to visit ..... hmmmmmm, yes maybe, but its now populated by the local drugged up youths

Stay Away!!!

Pete

AHA!!!!

Well its all changed now ............. a right cosmopolitan town!!

I was there in the 50's and 60's and used to count the bikes and trollies dumped in the Tees ..... imagine my shock to hear that my mate goes ski-ing on the Tees now AND there is fish in the lower reaches

Good grief!!

Pete; I suspect that youre not that much older than me, considering that your brother in laws sister in law or somesuch is conducting Prince Charles's wedding ceremony..... she didnt look to be a deal over 40, if at all. 50's and 60's indeed.

I think she must be about 48, but that doesn't prove anything???? Lets say that; her husband is 60, my wife is 68 and I am 76 ......... so the 50's and 60's are quite easily correct!

Who the fukc did then??? Did you nick it??

I am amazed you stayed in one ........ certainly I expect only the best when I am away on business, but then - I am highly prized by my employers

You and your pi$$ Balloons, as you mention, are clearly thought of as such by your employers! I wonder why

Pete

Minehead pleasant with chavland Butlins on the edge of it, do me a favour

Porlock weir is very nice, |Lynmouth lovely, valley of the rocks ace, you should have taken a walk down to glenthorne beach, that would have killed you off

Technically, i actually live in Stockton.

It is a ****hole.

However, they do have a very nice shiny new road which enables you to get out of Stockton quicker, which is always a bonus in my eyes
