I lost my mobile and had insurance on it. But because it took more than 24 hours to report it lost ( i just assumed I had misplaced it as you do sometimes) insurance didnt cover me and a new sim was like £25. I was very unimpressed also. MY contract runs out this month so I went through to disconnections and they said choose any phone for free , so I said MX2000 but they wanted me to pay ~ £200 for it so I took a K700i

I pay ~ £25 a monrh for xnet 60 mins and 30 txts.

However some places have the 700i free and 200mins xnet but orange themselves wouldnt do it. Also the mx2000 was being sold for £50 and 200xnet mins. So how come these orange resellers can do better deals than Orange themselves?
