Alloy wheel clock..
Bought this the other day, very impressed
Was thinking about trying to make my own out of a "proper" alloy.
Anyone else tried it?
I`m sure there are some Alloy wheel tables out there as well?

My mate has that same cabinet! Its stuffed full of original Transformers and other such collectables. Actually he has a few of my Transformers, will have to remember to get them back.
Also... bought a little version of that clock for another mate and he was over the moon with it. They do look kinda cool.

I made a table out of an old Volvo T5R wheel. It was a spare and had a nice Yoko AVS (or something) tyre on it so i decided it would make a nice table pedestal. Got some 100mm toughened glass from a glazier and he presto a coffee table! Very chuffed!
Someone recently showed me a clock they made from the front wheel of a Smart car. They used it becuase it was small and light enough to wall mount and looked very cool! Smart sell them for £40 or so.
Best of luck!
James
