Transfering Private plate to new owner
I have sold (I think) my private reg to another scoobynet member, and have now recieved the V778 doc fro DVLA.
On the doc it only allows me to re-assign the nominee details, not the grantee, is this how everyone else does it? I have spoke to DVLA, and they confirm this, but I am worried that my name remains on the reg docs even though I am not anything to do with that plate anymore.
Has anyone got any helpful advice/experience on this?

Change Nominee to Buyers Name. As long as have the cash at this point only he will lose out if he does not assign it to his car within the specified period (usually 12 months)
