Anyone heard of Revo Technik?
Software to 'enhance' bhp and torque.
Just wondering if anyone had used/has it on their car, and the outcome of it.

They're pretty big in the VAG 1.8T tunning field. Basic remap can take a 180bhp engine to 215bhp. Think it costs about £500. You then buy a SPS module to switch between standard and tweaked map. That's another £200.

try before you buy...
Next week my mate is going to have a 'Trial' of the Revo Technik in his Audi TT. The company is Midland VW based in Cannock and they will let you try it out before you buy.
Its supposed to be a simple plug-in chip which overides the ECU, they reckon it'll take his TT from 180 to 212 BHP but with considerably more torque which is what he wants.
They plug it in and then you take your car for a spin for a few hours to see if you like it. Great idea me thinks.

Saw it in action on the weekend at Castle Combe, on an Audi - chap had a 'remote control' that had 'pots' on it that equated to different setting on engine ECU (timing/boost etc)
He could have the economy of a Fiesta diesel on one setting and the power of a Mclaren with another. Nice!
