Guaranteed next day before 9 AM - WHATEVER

Someone sent me a parcel using this service on the 15th of this month, and guess what, its only JUST turned up. How utterly crap is that ! Its almost a week late. Is there yet any viable alternative to the post office as I swear they are getting worse by the day

 

We don't even bother with Royal Mail any more at work. More stuff goes astray or is late than arrives satisfactorily so it's all couriered nowadays. They really ought to just save a few quid and stick to selling stamps and road tax.

I had £3k+ of Goodwood tickets dropped through my front door last week. Supposed to be signed for but they were just posted. Week before they left a Tom Tom Go under my neighbours car.
