Default One for the body builders........

Just tried the burgers hmmmmmmmm so nice
Tuna Burgers

You need -

1 tin tuna
2 eggs
pepper, mixed herbs, garlic granules (other seasoning if you wish)
2 baps (i like Granary)
garnish of cheese/sauce etc.

break the eggs into a bowl but not with the yolk. (whites only)
add garlic, pepper, mixed herds and whisk until foamy
drain tuna and scrape into bowl with fork so its nice and flakey
heat oil in pan ay just above medium heat
mix tuna and egg whites in bowl with hands and make into burger shapes
place in hot oil in pan and turn when brown on each side
serve in baps with cheese/sauce/lettuce etc

Tuna Pasta

2oz-Cooked Fettuccine Pasta (1g-fat, 41g-carb, 7g-protein, 2g-fiber) 210 Calories
3oz-Light Tuna in water (1g-fat, 0g-carb, 20g-protein) 100 Calories
1/4cup-Roasted Sunflower Nuts (15g-fat, 5g-carb, 8g-protein, 2g-fiber) 190 Calories
2-Tsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
1/2-Diced fresh tomato


Mix all the ingerdients together and enjoy.

Tuna + Spag bol

1 tin of heinz spaghetti bolognaise
1 tin of tuna (john west is best protein content but expensive) asdas smart price on has about 10g protein less but is half the price.

heat the spaghetti in microwave for 2 mins
remove and add tin of tuna and mix in tuna
eat when cool

Rice Dish

50g broccoli
25g celery, chopped
100g mushrooms, sliced
1 cup of spinach
50g onion, chopped
6 egg whites
1/4 cup brown rice
1/4 cup chunky salsa
2tbsp lite soy sauce

Steam or microwave the broccoli to desired texture. Cook the onion, mushrooms broccoli, celery and spinach in a little oil and the soy sauce on a medium heat until cooked then add the rice. Simmer until the rice is cooked and then add the eggs, once they are cooked serve and top with the salsa.

Carbs 54g
fat 1.7g

Mmmm, those burgers do sound rather tasty......especially with a bit of grated cheese!

They are well nice. I had some continental cheese on mine sooooooo nice. Consistancy was a little runny, drained some the juice away n fried off. Seriously give em a go delicious!

I like tuna as much as the next guy but can't imagine a 'tuna burger' would be nice?! I think I'd feel I'm being done out of some good ol' burger meat

I was like that a year ago, tuna recipes. Very good nutritionally and taste top notch. But my fav is always Chicken Pasta mmm

makin me hungry now
