Default someone had a bit of a shock last night

dog was barking last night so went down to see what the commotion was about, some *person* had their hand in the letter box trying to reach for the keys, huge mistake on his part!!

my ickle puppy decided to give him a little nibble to remind him not to do it, ive just been cleaning blood of the letterbox

dont think he will do that again in a rush

funny thing is, I have a sign on the door that says beware rotweiler about.

some people are just really thick, not going to ring the coppers cant see the point, he learned his lesson the hard way

oh he looks so sweet as well

Class!

My German Shepard has ripped the letter box off trying to get at the postman in the past. We had to fix a box to the outside wall in the end!

Hope the thief doesn't decide to report you to the police! No justice these days - you'd probably get locked up!

Or the dog would be put down.. as you say, no justice.

Whats that rule about dogs and tasting human blood = a one way trip to the vets?
Or is that just rumour / rubbish?

he wont be crossing his for a whilst

told the vet what happened this morning as he has a bit of a cough, she said its instict to look after its home, and us.

she said hes a lovely dog, and hes brilliant with people, so dont worry, she said he will always be fine with people as long as they enter your house the normal way.

relief

he had a pigs ear, and a pat on the back, hes a cracking dog and has a fantastic temprament, my best mate has a 4 year old girl and a 6 year old lad, i happily leave them with him, as hes happy to sit and be climbed on by both of them. you can see him watching over them as well!!

jamo - Quality mate

Just bear in mind that mr. scumbag may come back with a nice jucey steak for your rottie! I would call the coppers, they won't do anything but as long as they are notified if it happens again you have some recourse!

Do they still sell those metal cages that attach to the back of doors to catch your post?

You can pick the cages up from Homebase and the like for about £10 or try screwfix.com. We have to stop the pooch eating the mail so we have one for that.

yeah they smell awful but he loves them for some sadistic reason? lol, they are dried, and treated somehow? he thinks there fantastic, you would have to set fire to him to get him to move whilst he had one.
