Are you covered for loss of a phone???

 

IIRC, only if you took out insurance or your actual contract includes insurance.

 

you can have orange insurance at £5 per month and £15 excess if you make a claim,

however... if you have lost your phone and dont have care, then you can get emergency cover, a one off fee of £35, and then £5 a month for the reminder of your contract,


or a one off handset if you dont want the insurance then thy`ll send you a replacement for £90, (unless its a smartphone)

House Insurance might cover it. It did in my case - paid the one off fee and the £5/month (for 1 year) when I had my stolen a few months back.
