Do you mean a 3D model or a cad 2D 3-plane view?
I have a low-res crappy 3D version which I got off the net somewhere. I believe it was free to use, hence why I used it.
You can grab it from my crap webpage if you download the car physics demo, which is a) far from finished (or should that be started) and b) not being worked on anymore
The model is in 3D Studio .3DS format but you should be able to find something to convert it if you need to.

I've done loads of searches for cars in AutoCAD and only found 1 scooby and it was pants.
I've got a load of 2D elevations of other cars if they're any use.
