Advice needed please
We hit a badger the other day in our Golf and it sprung a leak from the radiator area. A.A. came out and thought it could have dislodged a hose and towed us home. Next day the missus took it to local V.W. garage to be repaired. I phoned to say the AA guy said he thought it was the hose had come off. Needless to say V.W. have just returned the car after 5 days with new radiator and other bits with a bill for £400. I collected the radiator yesterday, the receptionist got it as the manager was away. Needless to say it was pressure tested today by a reputable radiator manufacturer and found there was no leak but there is a slight blockage. What would you do we have been without a car for 5 days now?

You'd think they would have the courtesy to ring and tell you what they were doing, confirming the cost of such work at the same time. Not on really, I'd make a complaint.
