Question Low calorie meats/fish

I had 1/4lb of fresh salmon steak (not bad at £2.50/lb) today for tea (boiled in a cup of water, had with rice and homemade boiled soup).
im happy that according to the various excerise machines at the gym today, say i didnt eat that

What meats and fish are low in calories/fat?

try grilling it next time you may like the taste better. what kind of rice are u eating?

other things worth trying:
tuna
cod
chicken
lean beef
lean steak
turkey

all are fairly cheap too.

i enjoyed the salmon boiled avec a bit of pepper.
I like tuna but a little pricey. £10 for 3 steaks, thats at the end of the day. Im probly lucky in this department because we've got a huge fish market and meat market in Doncaster.

rice is bog standard 100g of Tescos value.

i think that homemade soup/mush with it made it. Twas gorgeous. who said healthy foods boring? probly someone that cant cook.

exercise machines must be good these days if they can tell what you have digested
