P@ul,
Think she was impressed actually, mainly as I said I'd probably only get a Reliant Robbin for her. Amazing what a rich daddy will do to stop the rags getting a story about his little girl

Totally agree, but............. the chav family didnt take life as seriously as the prison officers, they seemed to bring their kids up the way they would a prisoner, not saying the chavs are right but the other family needed to let their kids cut loose once in a while, if you know what i mean

Didn't see it but can imagine.

Always find it ironic that to take a cat from CPL or a dog from Battersea you have to undergo the Spanish inquisition, likewise for caring people who make a positive decision to adopt a child, yet anyone can spawn a brood of lowlife, largely cos they are too lazy or stupid to use contraception. It's a funny old world...

Hopefully van-driver chap really will start spending sometime with his kids now, that would be something positive at least (ie they'll be spending less time with their mother).

His wife is something else. There are plenty of foul-mouthed, stupid, slack parents around. I'm not so sure there are so many who are quite as offensive as her though.

Best line of the show was when The Prison officer wife said "Yeah - I got something out of this - NITS"

Worth it just for that moment .

The foul mouthed mother actually made a good point about allowing her kids to express themselves - she just went about it the wrong way. Just because she hasn't got the right tools doesn't mean she hasn't got the right Idea !!

How the hell can that woman be allowed to bring kids up when she confessed she wouldn't even know how to get a train ticket ffs.

I think parents to be need to start being tested - how on earth someone as stupid as that can be deemed as responsible enough to bring up and educate kids is incredible.

Ugly, fat, thick, loudmouthed - probably stinks of ****, ****, kippers and bo - how the bl00dy hell did she ever get pregnant. Hubby obviously has taste and high standards - he was probably just in for sloppy seconds at the back of the pub after bingo night or something.

"Lucy is married to van driver Tony. Their children are Charlie, 10, Antonia, 8, Paris, 6, Tommy Lee, 3, and Memphis, 8 months."

She's got an 8 month old baby as well, Memphis! Says it all really...

Couldn't beleive how ridiculous BOTH families were. The Prison Officer dad was a right tit, sending his kids to bed at 8:30 while there's a party going on just because he wasn't enjoying it and wanted an excuse. I think the only person who learned anything was Chavman and fair play to him if it means spending more quality time wiht his kids before they end up in a YOI.

Well - Apart from the swearing the 4 Kids weren't actually that bad. They seemed pretty polite to the Prison officer and seemed to do what they were told (they were even seen playing with the "Educational games" (once retrieved from the bin ) and one seemed to have learnt the Prayer that she had been taught).

When Prison Officer wife left they all seemed to be hugging her and saying goodbye.

As for Foul Mouth Mother - She needs help - she seems to be living life as a child and clearly doesn't always appear to be doing the right thing !

I've come across much worse kids than those 4 and they have had "better starts" !

Any mother who uses "punishment" as part of her daily vocabulary is seriously misguided, imo.

Mr and (especially) Mrs Chav were rubbish too. Still, at least the Police have advanced warning of the kid criminals they'll be looking for in ten (or less) years time.

think both sets of familys were pritty much set in their ways and didnt want to learn anything from it... I found the prison officer was disgusting making the childern say prayers, thats forcing something along the lines of religion down them and I disagree with that...

interesting to watch that the slogs as such still looked like they had a decent life, nice telly, house wasnt exactly a tip (although officer might have tidied???) I missed the first 20minutes

Unfortunately they are all too easy to find as the UK is full of them. Funny thing is no one wnats to admit it while being quite happy to bang on about illegal immigrants who are much les of a burden on the country than these ******* ever will be.

Still racism was always the easy card wasn't it?

tiggers.

Seems to me the programme was put together with the express intent of being explosive as possible. It was never about two sets of people learning from each other, more about how much moral outrage they could generate.
I stopped watching after 10 minutes, the producers just wanted to shock, nothing more.

I always watch it as if i ever had kids then i would not bring them up the way either of last nights family's would, totally shocked the way the chav mother sat on her **** spouting on about this that and the other, smoking and swearing, she needed help

The prison officer was no better stuffing her kids full of religion either
