Question BB poll - Who started it

I am wondering if I am being 'stupidist' if I blame Emma and Marco for the BB scrap - The scary thing is that about 12 hours ago I didn't know any of their names - now I know them all intimately

Jason has perhaps got a lot to answer for. He was pretty pee-ed off seeing his plans to evict Emma & Michelle had backfired on him.

He was behaving in typical alpha-male fashion, and almost gagging for some kind of kick-off situation. Marco was the one who taunted him, but that's no reason to issue threats of violence such as "I'm gonna knock your block off".

Jason looks pretty bad out of all this to be honest. Trying to be the father of the house, and when father doesn't get his way, tries to force a perceived superiority onto the group by (ab)using his macho pumped up physique as a threat.

to be totally honest I think Jason is the clever one - you sort of write him off as being a dumb blond muscle dude, but he is the one doing most of te winding.... which is cool

Also, about 30 minutes before it all kicked off, Jason had been describing Marco's gang as a bunch of animals.....as well as "the kids".

Funny how 30 minutes later, he threw his toys out of his pram, and acted like an animal himself

you waste your money voting

I think he said - I don't like that - if you do it again I will knock your block off, which I think is fair cos I don't think I would have offered a second chance

Remember, it is "a game". There is £77k (or less) to be won.

Jason has been doing a lot of networking to ensure the people he wants to be evicted, are evicted. Hence why you could see he was initially shaken by the return of Emma & Michelle.

Nah, don't agree. He was wanting an assurance from Marco that he wouldn't do it again....until he got that assurance, the threats kept on coming. It's typical "you looking at my bird" type taunting by Jason. Until Marco would back down and grovel, Jason wouldn't have been happy.

It's 100% alpha male behaviour.

you really do have a hang up about alpha males - did you suffer from bullying as a child? do you want to talk about it?

cw - you have gone down by 300% in my estimations for posting that

(That said - 300% of nothing is still nothing, so you are still on the same level )

You seem to assume I have a hang up?
No doubt you'd want to take me outside to "discuss" it further

'Alpha male' is a stupid Freudian type justification for a bully who has no point for his position other than he would kill anyone else to keep it, hardly the state of 21st century civilisation

you have done nothing but complain about alpha male behaviour since I sat down - that seems to imply that you think alpha male behaviour is wrong?

Did I suggest anything other than informed debate with you? I think not - if however you want to stand in front of me and offer mental abuse, then I will feel it is only apt to respond by offering that if you do not stop this abuse then I will have to retort with abuse. I think that is fair - don't you?

I can see sarcasm, humour and wit in CW's posts - I can only see abuse in yours - Are you Marco's brother?

Nope, I'm perfectly able to express myself through my mouth. You choose to use your fists to do the 'talking'

nothing worse than being asked to explain what you believe to be your own wit - when you look at it you can find nothing to explain - go ahead - explain it and make me look stupid
