last time i checked it was NOT on the misuse of drugs act as a controlled substance, so there should be no problem for possession.
anyone selling it however could get prosecuted.
tbh, its only useful on a clean diet anyway... and has limited value (a la clen). MUCH better imo to cut naturally (it IS easy) and save putting your body on the line for bulking (which gets REALLY hard as you put more mass on and you need all the help you can get).

I'm not sure about inducing weight loss, but for increasing endurance, as that bottle suggests, think towards caffeine.
My former coach did quite a lot of studies on this, and he found that caffeine in a single dose of around 2-3 strong cups of coffee, increased performance (mainly endurance) considerably. Especially effective if you're competing.
I've tried quite a lot of things for inducing weight loss, as I used to row internationally, in a lightweight category, and from what I've seen there's nothing really, that works. The best thing, is just to eat something light a few hours before you train, then something else just afterwards. Stick to small meals, and immediately after training, down a 500ml bottle or carbohydrate drink - it's more effective, if you get the whole lot down within a minute. (He did a PhD on absorption of sports drink into the body, so that's found to be th best way)
I don't mean Lucozade etc, as it's a rip off, but normal Robinsons or whatever, is good. This rehydrates you quicker, and improves recovery time for the next day.
Although that said, I do remember having some pills that were supposed to stop the fat from foods being absorbed into the system - such that they passed straight through.... I don't know if they worked, but it could be worth a try. I only used them, as I had to get down to a certain weight within a very limited time
Stick with it
