Anyone know where i could get a free tenancy agreement pack from, me being tight for a change. If not are those advertised for about £30 any good.

 

WH Smith has them, allegedly for £2.50

Initial impressions (I never found this one in my web search)...

Never seen any other TA that says the landlord will put the deposit into an interest bearing account and interest will accrue to the Tenant - my deposits help my cashflow and if I do invest it, I get the interest

My TA has a guarantor who will be responsible for payments if the tenant defaults - you need all the protection you can get

Do you want a TA for:
- a single person/family - one TA, one tenant, one signature
- a 'pre-formed group' (eg students that know each other and are essentially renting their bedroom and any shared communal facilities) - one TA, multiple tenants, multiple signatures
- a number of separate individuals that have independent TAs with you - multiple TAs, with one tenant and one signature on each
.... they are have slightly different clauses in them about 'single and joint/several liabilities etc
