Default Suspicious Neighbours

My new neighbours seem to take part in some very suspicious behaviour...

There's a steady stream of people pulling up in cars and they go in the house. A short while later, really loud music is played for about ten minutes and then the visitors seem to leave. In the past week, there have been over a dozen cars and couple of bikes, some of them on multiple visits.

Any clues as to what's going on and can I do anything about it...?

Hmm.....MLM marketing people, and the visitors are just the layer of people below giving their weekly takings? They celebrate with a triumphant musical tune?

I remember in my parents road there was a house that was rented out, and the new people moved in. Swiftly followed by a whole series of visitors who were obviously foreign.

The neighbours all thought that it was illegal immigrants ,but just idly gossiped about it. One night Dad was taking the dogs for their late night walk, and one of the dogs suddenly dives in to the hedge by this house and emerges chasing a well built man! Man shows his warrant card to Dad and it turns out the police were about to raid the property. The news the next day proved it was in fact drug dealing. However the most interesting part came out a few weeks later.

The people who lived opposite this house had been out to dinner with friends weeks earlier, and had been talking around the dinner table about the comings and goings, nd other than a general discussion nothng was said. However a couple of days later their phone rang and it was a guy who had been at the dinner, turned out he was a senior officer in the local Police and they wanted to stake out the house opposite! So it just goes to show that odd things happen, and the police get to know about them by roundabout routes!

Slippery slope - Watch the film "The Burbs" with Tom Hanks, you'll know what I mean.

Cheers
