B2 arrived today.. read booklet..
Not fitted in the car yet.
Loaded the CD-rom on the PC

as it said in the book update the unit asap... so clicked the Auto Update button.. update starts.
than stops
giving Error 5

what doe staht mean?

 

i would have thought you need to register it first,either by going via their website,or via the phone,

 

yes. have registered had email back too :0

 

it may take a while for the registration to go through?

 

the first page of the instructions is QUICK start!!
i can't get it to do that.. when i turn the car on.. it come up with the logo.. then goes off all together.
even pressing the buttons doesn't dring it back on. unless i turn the car off then on again.

how long do you wait? I've registered on line.. and had email to say i can now use THEIR web sit etc.

 

don't ask me how.. but i've got it working.
in the utillity window i went into file.. then 'inizilize remote'
then it started to down load!!

 

just been out to test it... wicked
