Default NIP (Yawn) question?

Finally we have got an NIP, i say we because we do not remember who was driving. Really, the road is just down from our house and we drive on it each and every day at least twice/three times. On the day in question we were both busy and more like 7 or 8 times.

Do we ask for a piccie?

Are there any dodges that i should be aware of

BTW it is for 45 in a 40

45 in a 40? I thought that would be within threshold, 10% + 2 mph.

APCO guidelines are only that, so you could be done for 41 in a 40
