A lot of work has gone into this and a few guys from Pistonheads have been heavily involved.

They have a petition which can be downloaded from here.

For the price of a stamp, you can show your support. Incidently, I write this as a motorist and car enthusiast - not as a Scoobynet Mod.

I don't know how much difference this will make, but doing nothing will certainly not achieve anything.

Spread the word and do your bit.

Not sure I agree, when the ABD already exists. We need concentrated effort not a bunch of small splinter groups dilluting the potential membership and impact IMHO.

Well it's a case of doing nothing or something. Incidently this isn't a dig at the police - it is a political issue. The ABD does a lot of good work and don't see that this will harm them. If it raises the profile then fine.
