Any ideas on how to turn the send own number on/off? I've tried the same way as some of my other Nokias by going into settings and it only goes to number 6 setting. Anyone?

What network are you on ?

you could try 141 before the number or #31# but again depends on your network.

Also what version of the firmware is it ? *#0000# to find out

As far as I'm aware:

It's in Settings - Call Settings - And it's usual the last option in that folder.

This was the same on my 3310, 8210, 8310 and latest 3200.

Is it a new phone? and have you read and deleted the sim updates ? you then have to switch the phone off and back on, because some menu items are not available until you do . If you have or its not a new phone ring T-Mobile and ask them to send a sim update to try to reset it..It also maybe something that T-mobile dont support if thats the case see my first reply the #30#
Shouldwork.
