I have experiance and more importantly proof of an International organisation somehow putting pressure on an EU LUXury company to lose the order I placed for goods that are cheaper when purchased from an EU supplier.
Who should I contact in the UK or in the the EU commision to make a formal complaint about this restrictive practice blocking my entitlement to free trade within the EU.
How would I go about sueing for this restrictive matter which has resulted in a damaged reputation and other things which could lead to me sustaining lost business in the future.
Food for thought is that IIRC the German company ** was fined over £50 million when this was proved to of happened.
Oh and I have the means and now the time to pursue this all the way.
