What is the best way to increase the size of your biceps and triceps? Im thinking of getting a tatoo on my right upper arm but I want to get them bigger than they already are.. My arms are already pretty strong but im wondering what size freeweight and how many reps I should be doing.. thanx

I would think it is at least twice the size

Reps build stamina - weight builds muscle - Do 1 rep at 400 KG. (i for each arm)

use a 10kg weight for 20 reps...

but remember, dont have the tatoo until *after* uve increased arm size or the tatoo will not cover ure arm as the arm grows!

You should always do biceps/triceps one by one, ie on their own.

The stronger arm will always help the weaker, when curling with a bar or EZ bar etc.

So do single bicep dumbell curls, and single arm preacher curls(on a machine),single arm tricep pushdowns with a rope, alternating obviously. Work these into a standard arm routine a BINGO, same size arms!

R/H tri/bicep 455mm
L/H tri/bicep 450mm

Near enough!

My left arm's smaller than my right, I've been working them both on free weights mainly for the past 5 months.

Kinda annoys me
