For those who like classic racing cars, just a reminder an hour long programme on the Goodwood Classic Revival meeting.

Thanks, I'll look forward to watching it. My sister was there with her Mk1 Lotus Cortina.

It was well worth watching, good old days of racing. Enjoyed seeing Gerry Marshall having a go in his own inimitable style. Don't know what happened to him eventually though.

Excellent program, it's great to see these cars used as intended.

Top programme, and thanks for the heads-up. I bet the chap with the D-Type that got shunted off was a bit peeved tho'

Nice to see some REAL racing too, with cars sideways & overtaking & stuff. Reminded me again just how crap F1 is. Scalextric with bigger budgets -- fun for those doing it, dull for everyone else

Nice to see someone called "Juan Manuel Fangio" racing, even if he was only El Maestro's nephew

Hi Richard!

We watched it, as did other branches of our family. After some discussion, it sounds like we're all planning to go next year in period dress and have ourselves a really fun weekend.

Hmmm, now what to wear??

Hi Guys - glad you all enjoyed the programme - I thought the car control of the Mark 2 Jag was nothing short of spectacular

Rik - Sarah and I want to go next year as well, and fortunately most of my existing wardrobe will be right in fashion!
