A month without booze
So there was a topic about quiting not long ago, and I mentioned that I was quiting for a month, because I felt so bad after a gruelling week up north & a fair bit of drinking done early in that week

Well, now it's over, and if i'm honest, I don't feel any different
Maybe I'm a few quid better off, but other than that, nothing about me is different

I'm glad I did it, it was an interesting experiment; I've missed a few good nights out, but on the plus side, I'm glad to know that I can do it easily, and now my appetite for beer isn't very big either
So there
Give it a shot for yourself and see if it does any good

Congratulations!
Try to do that a few more times.
Had a mate who got himself to stay sober whenever he decided he had been drinking too much the night before (great bunch at work he was with). I swear he remained sober for AT LEAST half of the year for some years

After four years paying Spanish prices I found the UK prices the quickest way of sobering up!
On night 3 of staying sober mainly due to my new improved daily punishment (3 hours in the gym minimum).
