Hey Mark. I was digging through some old photos this eve and came across this...

So it is possible to fold forks on an MTB, though as you said I've never seen it happen to modern suspension forks. This guy got a real shock when it happened and I just had to get a piccie
This was at The Malvern Classic if you've ever been to that.

I never said forks don't ever fold. I've seen forks fold myself. You were the one trying to convince me that modern lightweight forks fold! I countered by pointing out that suspension forks rarely fold.
So what, exactly, are you trying to say with this pic? Out of interest, what material are the forks in the picture made out of? Doesn't look like CF to me....
