Nope. They brought out a pilot issue to test the water and see if the mag would be a success.

Nope, there was a small run of pilot issues Evo used to get support from car companies and other advertisers before the full public launch.

All since issue 3 (didn't realise the 3 ungly munters John Dick & Harry had got together in a new mag for a couple of months).
Pilot issue swapping hands for around £170 according to some on the evo mag forum
