Can anyone let me have the pitfalls of doing this type of business and in case I have missed any, what type of expenses to show on a business plan?

oh and financials on a business plan should include.

projected profit and loss for (at least) 3 years
projected balance sheet for 3 years

A good business plan will also include a sensitivity analysis (i.e. what would happen is only 50% of sales were achieved etc etc)
