It is a tad too big but not that bad. I have had a few minor problems with mine(hopefully the new update will fix these). If you will use most of the features it is a great phone.

I have had one for about a month now and i ended up selling my Nokia 9210 as i couldn't go back. I dont understand this issue of size (steady !), it's so small and compared to other phones of this type it's minute, have you seen the xda or the communicator ? at least this is phone sized. Things i'm not so happy with is memory availabilty and size but it is getting there and also the camera is pretty poor really, oh and the non ability to edit and create spreadsheets, documents etc seems a bit silly although i'm sure someone will write some software to do it soon.

As far as memory goes, get yourself a decent sized memory stick and put applications on this leaving more internal memory for system functions.
Symbian OS is very good. There will be more and more programmers jumping on the bandwagon and you will be able to edit etc your microsoft office documents.
Camera's on all of these devices are still in the "gimmick" stage.
P800 will be upgradeable to work with 3G so a small amount of futureproofing too.
It is a good business solution.

Hello
Someone at work had one, it complete locked up and the only way to get it to work was to do a "hard reset". This wiped all the internal memory.
So I suggest (as above) you keep all your data backed up regularly.
Steve.

I feel that the size is a little cumbersome, but only if you are used to a small phone like a v66 or 8310.
The main bonus of the P800 is the PDA functions I have had my P800 for about 3 weeks and I've hardly touched my Clie PDA since. This sort of compensates for the size problem becuase before I had to carry a phone and a PDA around but now I just carry the P800.
The camera is a bit ropey but you can change the settings to "high" quality which isn't too bad. It is great to always have a camera on you though.
The free handsfree kit that comes with it is exceptional, really good headphones to make the most of the MP3's (even if you can only store about 6)
The polyphonic ringtones do make you look like a ***** but you can download new ones, that make a ring ring sound.
Real email and Internet are quality, keep you address book stocked up with peoples emails and you can mail direct from the phone.
Mine has frozen once but was saved by pulling the battery out and turning back on.
If you're looking for people to come up with some serious bad points I think you will struggle.
Great phone. Get one.
