We are expecting our first child this summer and my darling wife would very much like to give up work and stay at home. Obviously as the future sole bread winner my wallet is starting to panick slightly.
What are, or where can I get info on how much less tax/ family credit I can expect in English, rather than government gobledygoop.
??????

The nightmare of Scoob being sold may be a reality I have to face!

Yes your female gets tax credit but you loose child tax allowance which is worth more than the tax credit she gets.

Another way of raising taxes!!!!
