Exclamation

Well it goes to an indicated 220 and you can still see that he is accelerating past that point That is one quick bike - even if you take the speedo as being a little inaccurate he is still hitting 200+

That was on here before and caused discussions about it being fake. Sadly the link doesn't work on the old thread so I lost the video Thanks for finding the link again

Tim

I think on some bikes this is not the case. There are a few vids with bikes popping wheelies that the speedo works.

You can wheely at 100+ ... but you can only accelerate gradually, and deffo not at the rate at which that speedo needle is moving. Too much throttle and it'll flip.

Also, the speedo needle doesn't pause at all when he changes gear in the first vid, but it does in the second clip.

The first vid clip is fake -- notice how the speedo keeps climbing at the same rapid rate even though he's wheelying. If he was really accelerating at the rate indicated by the speedo needle he'd flip the bike.

In the second clip, you can see the speedo needle pause in its movement every time he changes gear, which it doesn't at all in the first clip. Second clip is really nice -- especially when he dials in 17 pounds of boost at 100+ mph
