Question

Thanks for your help guys.

Ro, close enough to give them a call!! (Even though it is Hampshire!)

John, is that the one by the industrial estate, near the Mitsu garage?

Neil, Fox's Garage?? Which one is that? Can't be doing with Berkshire, I always seem to get lost there!!!

Cheers
Andy

Cool

Andy,

If you head along Ladymead in Gford with the Jag garage on your left and BK on the right, carry on towards the A3. Pass PC World and Currys on your right and the Daewoo place on the left. There is a bridge across the road right after the Daewoo garage and a set of traffic lights, its here where Fox's garage is (a little white building) and if you turn left up that road its up there

Cheers
Neil

Question

Does anyone know of a good indoor go-karting track in Surrey?

My girlfriend wants to give it a go, after going in a 10mph kart in Newquay! After she finished screaming for the first lap, she decided she quite liked it!

I don't think she's quite ready for an outdoor track and twin engine 70mph karts, like Buckmore Park, Brooklands, etc, as they are quite heavy going for a beginner!

Any ideas, (and URL's if they have one!)?

Cheers
Andy

Hi Andy,

Theres one in Guildford, behind the business park where Electronic Arts and Colgate are - if you go up the road where Fox's garage is (opposite PC World and Currys). Don't know its name tho Also one in Woodleigh just outside Reading (but thats Berkshire )

Cheers,
Neil

Andy.

There used to be one in Chessington Industrial Estate, road opposite the IDEAL warehouse.

Also, Sandown has an outdoor track with bog-standard single engined karts.

Exclamation

John,

Thanks for that, I went there a few years ago now!

David,

I completely forgot about the one in Tolworth (even though I went there about 6 years ago!!)

I also thought that an indoor one maybe be a bit easier going than outdoor, but good to have a back up!

Thanks for all your help guys!

There used to be one on the Ewell side of the tolworth roundabout on the A3.
can remember travelling towards tolworth and turning off left somewhere before the roundabout.

quite a few years ago now, but a good giggle.

Pretty sure that the Guildford one has been gone for quite a few years now. The building formed part of the re-development for Ericsson etc.

Hi. If you're up the Sutton end of Surrey then it's probably just as quick to jump on the train and go to Playscape Pro Racing in Streatham, 02078010110. Plus you can get tanked up (afterwards of course!).
